1° ROUTE - CLIMB TO THE BEIGUA FROM FAIE

The small village of Faie is reachable with the car from Varazze or from Cogoleto. In bike can be reach with two ways. The tracing rises to the hotel of Prato Rotondo, following the wide dirt road, all cycle even if a little unconnected. Attention to the(not many) car.......

2° ROUTE - CLIMB TO THE BEIGUA FROM THE STEP OF FAIALLO

The step (m 1060) is reachable easy thanks to the asphalt from the step of the
Turchino, reachable from Voltri or Masone, or rising from S. Pietro d’Urbe......

3° ROUTE – DESCENT FROM THE BEIGUA TO ALPICELLA

the end of the level way, we swerve to the right leaving the asphalt (km 0,2).
An uneven descent leads on the saddle between the two tops of Beigua
(km 0,5); here branch off four roads. We take the second one to right,
that advance levelling in the forest (trail marker AV). .......

4° ITINERARIO - DISCESA DAL BEIGUA A SCIARBORASCA

Dalla vetta del Beigua scendiamo sulla strada asfaltata che raggiunge Pratorotondo
(km 2,3). Di fronte all'albergo scendiamo nell'ampia sterrata chiusa da una sbarra.
Con piacevole percorso attraversiamo l'altopiano passando sotto alle rocce della Cima Frattin......

5° ROUTE: VAL LERONE – VAL ARRESTRA

(length 1h 40 m – trail marker MB 1) The route starts from Lerca and ends
on the Aurelia state road, after a wide distance - in part on path, in part on
asphalt road - that passes through Sciarborasca, Prato Zanino and the Piani of
Saint Giacomo. Between the hamlets of Lerca and Sciarborasca you cross a wide
valley of meadows and forests.

6° ROUTE: VELENO TOUR

(length 3 h 30 m – trail marker MB 3) The route is enough demanding, starts
in the municipality of Mele and carries out a wide ring - nearly completely
on path - that climbs between meadows and forests until the Hill of Prato d'
Ermo and to Pian Barro, marvellous panoramic view. You wade the Veleno river,
cross the Giutte locality and arrive to the pine forest of Grilla, than you
turn into the path that follow faithfully the difficult distance of the descent
contest in mountain bike called "Figgi da Yole Downhill". You reach
the inhabited place of Acquasanta and continue in climb until the Leitare di
Sotto house, before coming down newly to Mele.

7° ROUTE: BAMBINO DI PRAGA SANCTUARY – GAVA STEP

(length 2 h 30 m – trail marker MB 2) Starting from the Bambino di Praga
Sanctuary of Arenzano you arrive to the Curlo, where the Montana Community Argentea
realised a picnic area; you continue on dirt road and cross the area of Prau
Liseu (to admire the spring and summery flowering), you reach the Beppillo shelter
and finally, along a easy slope, the Step of Gava. The return previews a different
route, that comes down through the forests of the Val Lerone.
